Greetings!
All A&F IG Sub committee members! The first term of an academic year has just passed, hope you all are doing well. With the start of the new academic year, the A&F Interest Group has organised the very first event for its sub committee members. The main committee members of A&F IG intend to start the year off with the A&F Investiture and General Meeting, which is held annually. We are going to tell you what exciting events awaits you in the next coming academic year too! The investiture is a ceremony to welcome our new sub committee members into the A&F Interest Group. This would be a compulsory event for all sub committee members as we would like all of you to know what things you would expect, and what we would expect from you as a sub committee member.
The details of the Investiture are provided below:
DATE: 21st JUNE 2011TIME: 2.15pmVENUE: Outside LT 19DRESS CODE: Smart Casual (i.e.: minimum jeans/pants with t-shirt, NO SLIPPERS)You would be receiving your new sub committee shirt on that day. Please remember to bring extra cash, about $7~$10, for the shirt. Also, the main committee members have decided to implement a new system for the sub committee members. This new system would be explained to you guys on that day itself, so do come down for the investiture! Lastly, please do acknowledge that you have received this email by replying to this email
